November Spotlight: Smudge Sticks

During the month of November we are featuring our collection of Smudge Sticks. We just added 7 new titles that we think you will love. Sage is one of the most sacred herbs among indigenous North American peoples. The clean burning Sage is used in the energy cleansing ritual known as smudging (or purification), which in theory means the smoke would attach itself to the negative energy of the area and cleanse it so that it becomes positive energy. Smudge sticks can be used for cleansing of the aura, for example before meditation or prayer, or they quite often these days used by body workers and therapists. They can also be used for cleansing a house or space and are often used in this way in Feng Shui. Available in many scents and varieties – choose yours!
