Payment & Return Policies

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express.

PayPal: We accept Paypal.

Sales Tax: If shipping to an Illinois address we collect 10.25% sales tax.

Returns: We accept returns or exchanges within 30 business days of the ship date. Goods must be returned in original, unused condition. We will apply the credit to your credit card for the merchandise amount only- not the shipping costs. Normal shipping rates apply for  re-shipments. Satisfaction Guaranteed, or your money back. All products are sold as curios only. We make no supernatural claims. All names are “brand names” only, and their respective alleged powers are gathered from books, folklore, and traditions passed down over the years.

All Book Sales are Final (No Returns or Exchanges) No Exceptions!

 Re-Shipments: In the event that you receive the wrong product(s) due to company error, we will gladly send out your correct item(s) free of charge. On occasion we may ask that you return the wrong item(s) back to us, and you will be reimbursed for all shipping costs related to the return.

In the event that you did not receive your package at all due to postal or company error, we will do a One Time Only Free of Charge Reshipment via UPS or USPS Priority with tracking information. If you did not receive your package due to a mistake or misinformation on your part – we will do a reshipment via your choice of shipping but you will have to pay a Re-Shipping Fee prior to your package being shipped out. The re-shipping fee is actual postage costs plus any restocking fees incurred.



Ordering & Shipping Policies

We normally ship your order the same day it is received or the next business day, (excluding weekends), unless we are temporarily out of stock of an item or unless the item has been discontinued. In either case you will be notified and an estimated ship date will be given, if necessary. We offer four levels of shipping service: USPS Priority, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air: All orders are shipped from Chicago and transit time is determined by where you live (destination point). (See Shipping Chart Below)

Please Note: All Shipments to ALASKA AND HAWAII may require additional money for Postage and Handling. It all depends on the Weight of your package. We will notify you email or Phone call, If you need to pay an additional shipping fee. We do everything in our power to keep your shipping charge to a minimum. We at Church Good/Luckshop.com appreciate and Thank You for your loyalty.

International Shipments (All Orders Outside of United States)

You must first place your order and make payment for the total merchandise cost. When we receive payment for the merchandise, we will weigh out your order to determine postage and handling costs. You will then receive an email notification requesting that you send payment for postage and handling costs associated with your order.  The next step will be to make payment via Credit Card or PayPal. Once we have received payment for postage and handling costs we will ship out your order same day (USPS Priority or UPS). You will receive another email with tracking information. International Shipments to African Countries, India & Jamaica  (High Risk)

We have successfully shipped orders to Africa, India & Jamaica. However, we DO NOT guarantee an exact arrival date or safe delivery (untampered packages.) We have encountered problems in the past where customers; do not receive their order, order is lost, order is damaged, order is stolen, or order cannot be tracked once it leaves the United States. We do not take any responsibility after the order leaves our facilities. No Refunds on Merchandise or Shipping Costs will be given if any of the above problems mentioned occurs. If you are ordering Luck Shop products to be shipped to any African country, India and Jamaica; you will be shopping at YOUR OWN RISK. We apologize for the inconvenience.


IMPORTANT NOTE: It is your responsibility as the buyer to find out whether your country charges a collection tax, import VAT, or other related fees for international orders placed outside of your own country. These fees may be due upon receipt of your package and can be costly. If you are placing an order and you live outside the United States you must find out whether or not your country charges a tax on imported goods and merchandise. We will fulfill and send out all international orders that have been paid for - we are NOT responsible for any other fees that are charged outside the United States.

PLEASE NOTE: In certain instances when packages exceed a certain weight-even when selecting any of the four options above - we may have to charge you more than the standard rate quoted above. Many of our items are heavy- especially the glass candles- which adds greatly to postage and handling costs. If we do have to charge you more, you will be notified.

Free Shipping Offers

In the event of a promotion offering free shipping, the offer pertains to Ground Shipping ONLY via UPS or USPS. Next Day or 2nd Day Air are not included in these offers at any time. These offers ONLY apply to domestic shipments within the contiguous United States - not international or overseas destinations.
